Read the Main Trading Terms
The following points are designed to be direct and easy to review before opening an account or placing a trade.
1. Eligibility, Verification and Account Use
- Eligibility — You must be of legal age and legally permitted to trade in your country of residence.
- Verification — Adam Capitals may request identity, address, source of funds, payment ownership, or other compliance documents.
- Account responsibility — You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity performed using your login credentials.
2. Trading Products, Pricing and Execution
- Products — Available instruments may include Forex, metals, energies, indices, commodities, crypto, and other CFD products.
- Market pricing — Prices, spreads, swaps, and execution conditions may vary due to liquidity, volatility, market hours, and provider conditions.
- Execution risk — Slippage, rejected orders, requotes, gaps, or delayed execution can occur during fast-moving or illiquid markets.
3. Leverage, Margin and Stop-Out Risk
- Leverage — Leverage allows larger market exposure using smaller capital, but it also increases risk.
- Margin — You must maintain sufficient margin to support open trades. If margin falls, positions may be closed automatically.
- Risk control — You are responsible for monitoring trades, using stop-loss tools where appropriate, and avoiding overexposure.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Checks
- Funding — Deposits must come from approved payment methods and may need to match the account holder's name.
- Withdrawals — Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for verification, open exposure, bonus conditions, payment rules, or compliance checks.
- Processing — Processing times can vary depending on payment provider, banking networks, verification status, and public holidays.
5. Prohibited Trading Patterns and Fair Use
Adam Capitals monitors trading activity to protect fair use of its platform, bonus programs, payment gateways, liquidity conditions, and client accounts. The following trading patterns are not allowed unless Adam Capitals gives written approval.
- Bonus hedging is not allowed — Clients must not use bonus credit, promotional funds, or related account structures to hedge risk in a way that abuses the bonus program or creates artificial exposure.
- Minimum trade duration — Trades must remain open for more than 183 seconds. Trades opened and closed before this time may be treated as prohibited short-duration activity.
- Abusive scalping is not allowed — Scalping behavior designed to exploit latency, pricing delay, platform gaps, quote errors, or unfair execution conditions is prohibited.
- Arbitrage is not allowed — Any form of price, latency, bonus, swap, platform, or payment arbitrage is prohibited where it is used to gain an unfair advantage or exploit system conditions.
- Market abuse is prohibited — Traders must not plan, arrange, execute, or place any Open Position, Order, or transaction that violates legal or regulatory requirements relating to market abuse.
- Matching or opposite positions — Where full or partial hedging is unavailable, traders must not open separate matching positions of the same transaction type on accounts such as Advantage MT5 and Advantage Plus MT5. If attempted, the account may show a zero position or a net long/short position based on total exposure at the weighted average price.
- VPS trading requires approval — VPS trading, including VPS use with a UK IP address, is not permitted without prior written approval from Adam Capitals. Clients must contact support and receive permission before using VPS trading.
- Monitoring and action — Adam Capitals uses tools to track and identify abusive activity on the trading platform and through payment gateways. Tracked reports may be documented and reviewed.
- Account suspension and no refund — If abusive trading or prohibited activity is detected, Adam Capitals reserves the right to suspend the account immediately. In such cases, no refund shall be granted to the customer.
6. Restricted Jurisdictions
- Location rules — Services are not intended for users where such services would violate local laws or restrictions.
- Current restriction notice — AdamFxCapitals Ltd does not provide services to residents of the USA, Japan, British Columbia, Mauritius, Quebec, FATF, UAE and India blacklisted countries.

- Never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
- Understand margin, spread, swap, slippage, and volatility before trading.
- Use risk tools and position sizing appropriate to your account balance.
- Past performance, analysis, or education does not guarantee future results.
